Channel high-octane 80s shred attitude with modern boutique engineering in the California-made Badlands GX-1 Holoflash! Weighing 7 lbs 15 oz, this shred machine features a contoured alder body in Badlands' DC-86 shape, coated in a mesmerizing, light-refracting Holoflash polyurethane finish with black hardware accents. The 25.5"-scale, 3-piece quartersawn maple neck is reinforced with carbon fiber rods and carved to a fast '80s-style C profile (.800" at 1st fret to .850" at 12th). It features a 14"-radius ebony fingerboard with rolled edges, 22 Jescar nickel silver frets (57100), rolled edges, black side dots, and a custom 12th fret planetary inlay, leading to a matching 11-degree angled headstock with Gotoh SG360 MG locking tuners.
